Who am I?

Jennifer Brozek There is no easy answer when asking who a person is. The vital stats include: MWF, late-30's, hazel eyes, light brown hair (when it is not colored) and 5'7". But, these stats tell you nothing of who I am as a person.

I could go into my hobbies. They tell you more what a person is like. I read a lot. I own about 600 paperbacks - neatly placed in alphabetical order on book shelves. I'm a gamer - AD&D, 7th Seas, Star Wars and the like. I adore writing. That's what this site is all about. I write every single day - be it in my journal, writing a review, editing a story, crafting a poem... whatever. I just have to write every day.

Jennifer Brozek I'm a dreamer, too. I am fascinated by the occult. I collect antique occult books. I am more curious than any ten cats ought to be and I seek out the unknown. ESP and that sort of thing are something I believe the human can and should aspire to. I also believe in the laws of love and karma as well as the "live and let live" policy. To some, that makes me a hippie. To others, that makes me a heathen. To others, just someone who can't make up their mind.

I have some rules of life that I follow. The first of which is "I will survive. I may not enjoy it, but I will survive." This one has come about from my paradoxical and contradictory nature. (Some attribute that to me being a Sagittarius.) I am the pragmatic dreamer and the realistic optimist. I dream of the stars and keep my feet on the ground. I guess, that's why I enjoy writing about the fantastic, the supernatural and science fiction. While I may have to be responsible in my mundane life, I live worlds inside my head and they can be as impractical as I want them to be.

Jennifer Brozek There is one other aspect to me that I believe defines who I am. I fully believe in pursuing your dreams with all of your heart. If it is important to you, you can and will make it happen if you put your mind to it. Don't sweat the little stuff because the details will work themselves out. If you have a dream, you can acheive it. I truly believe that we all have that ability. That's what I'm doing here now. I'm pursuing one of my dreams and making it a reality.

If you have more questions or thoughts, feel free to email me and I will do what I can to answer your curiosity.

Jennifer Brozek

I do not write with my hand.
She who writes with her hand has forgotten the face of her muse.
I write with my mind.

I do not dream with my mind.
She who dreams with her mind has forgotten the face of her muse.
I dream with my heart.

I do not create with my heart.
She who creates with her heart has forgotten the face of her muse.
I create with my soul.
